Cal Valley Construction believes that the personal safety and health of our employees is a number 1 priority of our company. Through education, personal involvement, and team discussions, Cal Valley is able to achieve an incident free work site year after year. We not only get our employee's involved, we also encourage the people we are working for to be part of our program. Because of this, our employees and others working around us can work together to achieve our goal of making a safe work place, incident free.

Cal Valley maintains an Alcohol & Drug Free Workplace that complies with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), and Cal Valley's General Plan. By maintaining an Alcohol & Drug Free Workplace through testing, Cal Valley believes that their employees can safely rely on their fellow workers to maintain a safe team environment for their work place.

Cal Valley's maintains a work environment that requires our employees to be trained in safety and for the work they are assigned to. Our Foreman, along with several of our craft personal, have First Aid, CPR, 10 hour OSHA, Trench Excavation, Confined Space, Traffic Control, Forklift, and PG&E On Boarding, to name a few. Cal Valley acknowledges our employee's efforts through our Safety Awards Program that reward each employee who keeps an accident and violation free work place.
