Cal Valley Rental Services is an at-risk certified UDBE/WBE/DBE company, which will provide you competitive, fixed rate pricing for your equipment, materials, and service needs that are typically at or below the pricing you are now receiving. Cal Valley is able to do this due to Cal Valley's unique relationship with large and local equipment, material and service suppliers throughout the State. By leveraging Cal Valley's large volume discounts and guaranteed timely payments to these suppliers, allows Cal Valley's to be competitive in these markets.

Because Cal Valley understands the importance of the service relationship between the suppliers and our customers, Cal Valley is very supportive of these relationships. As a customer, you can specify the equipment manufacture for selected equipment types: i.e. Caterpillar, John Deer, Case, etc., specify suppliers in order of preference, list suppliers that you do not want on your projects, etc.

Once the fixed rate pricing is established and orders are received, Cal Valley will track each piece of equipment, track equipment cost by your job number and cost codes, send out weekly/monthly billing invoices as needed, mitigate issues that may arise during the rental period, and issue final billings.
